Day 3:The 100 Day Project

I am part of The 100 Day Project

My project will be 100 ATC's on 100 Days..., I can do this!!!
I'm back with an  ATC featuring an image by Ike's Art that happens to be a freebie HERE

Image was colored with Prisma coloring pencils and the background was created with watercolors, Archival Ink, embossing powder, metallic pen, scrap of paper, washi tape, rub on scalloped border and sequins.
