Love Art Journal Page

Hi and welcome to my blog.
This is the first post of 2019 and I am really excited and happy to share my work with you.
I have been working on one of my art journals and loved the process. It is a mixed media page featuring images from Gecko Galz Studio.

Absolutely in love with the result, the collage images are a wonderful compliment to this page.
Love is a beautiful feeling and  family love is the best.

Art Journaling Book Group

Hi everyone!!!
As part of our adventure at the Mixed Media Art Book Group, we are reading Art Journal Freedom: How to Journal Creatively With Color & Composition  by Dina Wakely.
If you are in need of inspiration this is the book for you. It is divided in concepts and techniques; and of course art by Dina Wakely.
Our assignment second assignment was to create an art journal page following a challenge from the book.
I decided to make an White Space page using Closure and Continuance. Used the Scraped Paint background technique.
