Day 3 was so much fun, learned how to make a stencil using a picture of me. Artist or Jump Starter sharing her talent this day was Julie Fei-Fan Balzer .
Made an art journal mixed media page with the stencil.

Made two art journal backgrounds, will be sharing the second one.

Each day we are given a short workshop (10 min) and that inspires the creation of a project.

When I read about it, I felt unsure, how will a ten minute video inspire me into creating a project. Intrigued by the concept I joined the group and must say that it has been amazing.

Mixed Media ATC Swap: Texture!

I am part of a FB group called Mixed Media ATC Swap and have been working on my set of ATC's to be swapped.
The theme is Texture.
Sounds simple, because I add texture too almost every mixed media project, but I couldn't decide on the technique, what to do????

Mandalas with Julie Gibbons! - Day 4

It is Day Four of Five Days of Mandala Magic and the class was very interesting. Julie Gibbons is an amazing teacher and very inspiring.

Today we created a Hansa Mandala. It is so much fun to just seat and draw, all my thoughts are collected in that moment total peace!
