A friend asked for me to sketch a face without hair. She is a survivor of Cancer and during her treatment lost all of her hair.
So you see, this is a special one...
There you go my dear friend! I am so thankful for your friendship.
Big hug and lots of positive energy!
Thank you for the good thoughts behind the picture. I have cancer too and appreciate every action that is not looking away. And the face is wonderful :-) Cheers Gabriele
This is a great tribute to your friend. May she be cancer free and feel beautiful with or without hair. I had cancer, and luckily didn't need chemo! Only one of my friends came by when I was sick, let alone draw me a picture. You are too sweet!
Lovely work with a great expression. I am sure your friend will be very happy with this very special face.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous, I could just give those darling cheeks a wee little pinch. And, all the very best for your friend!
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful, in oh, so many ways. And Clare is right about those cheeks!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely thing to do for your friend and it's a beautiful face you've made with a super smile :)
