Read a little about angels, lighted a candle and incense, played some music and entered this amazing meditative stage.
Meditation is a big part of my healing process, I've been practicing it for many years and it totally centers me. The peace that I feel after a mediation exercise is the most amazing feeling.
I will take the rest of the day to enjoy this sense of calm.
